1. Scope of Services
We provide global public relations, brand building, media outreach, and strategic communications services to help clients grow their brand and company presence.
2. Engagement
All services begin upon agreement signing and are billed monthly, quarterly, or per project. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed upon in advance. Additional expenses (e.g., media placements, travel) will be billed separately with client approval.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, brand assets, and timely approvals to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
5. Confidentiality
All sensitive business and media information shared between both parties will remain strictly confidential during and after the contract.
6. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment. We retain the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or third-party platform outcomes. Total liability is limited to the total fees paid for services.
8. Governing Law
